Seoul city officials are on edge over a new cluster of coronavirus infections from a PC room in the capital's Yongsan District.
The metropolitan government said Wednesday that at least 24 patients have been linked to the latest outbreak, which was detected after the first case was confirmed last week.
More than 280 people who visited the facility have been tested for the virus, but more than 100 are still waiting for their results.
Authorities believe the virus spread as customers spent long hours at the PC room, while also eating and drinking.
Health officials encourage anyone who may have visited the affected establishment to find more information online via the National Disaster and Safety Portal website at www.safekorea.go.kr.
